The Wife of the Secretary to the Akwa Ibom State Government, Dr Mrs Inemesit Enobong Uwah has encouraged women to prioritize their businesses and jobs above all things as a way of developing themselves and building their integrity.

Dr Inemesit Uwah made the charge when she received Arise Golden Movement, AGM, women on a courtesy visit to her in her residential home at Shelter Afrique, Uyo earlier today.

Mrs Uwah who expressed her enthusiasm to the   group when she received an award of honor, commended them for seeing reasons to unite as one to support ARISE Agenda vision of Governor Umo Eno.

” I heard you said that all of you are CEOs in your various businesses, that should be your number one , politics should be seen as additional. Do not allow the money in politics to be something you worship and forgetting about your business or jobs.

Let this group be seen as a family, a platform for growth and empowerment. If one person succeeds is a success for all. What you have at hand speaks for you even in your marriage, do not hope on someone,” Mrs Uwah advised.

She expressed her optimism that the establishment of the group would be the beginning of a new thing among the women, promised to supports within her capacity.

The AGM coordinator, Honourable Stella Archibong and other members of the group respectively, thanked the Dr Mrs Inemesit Uwah for  her supports  to women , described her as a role model and a mother.

Honourable Stella Said that the group is aimed at supporting and contributing to the growth of ARISE Agenda vision of Governor Umo Eno cutting across the 31 Local Government Areas in the State.

The women in their respective address, pledge for the mentorship and political guidance from Mrs Uwah to succeed in their aspirations. “We are women with positive political zeal, from various political parties coming together to supports the vision of Governor Umo Eno even till 2027. We see you as our role model in politics whom we can rely on for support and mentorship,” she stated.
