…Solicits support, Prayers for Governor Umo Eno

To celebrate her 2025th birthday and the birth anniversary of the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, the Special Assistant to the Governor on youth Mobilization and leader of the Golden Girls in Akwa Ibom State, Miss Anita Eno has  hosted the women of her ward to an empowerment ceremony.

The beneficiaries, drawn from the 11 units and 6 villages that make up the Ibiakpan Obotim ward 2 received cash and other gifts, valued at hundreds of thousands of naira.

Presenting bursaries to 10 students, cash grants to 31 Petty Traders and wrappers to 50 widows, Miss Eno thanked the Governor for his compassionate and impactful leadership, requesting for prayers from the women to ensure the success of the ARISE Agenda.

Among those who spoke at the event were the Village Head of Ikot Ekpene Udo Eteidung Udousoro Usoro, the Senior Special Assistants to the Governor on youth Mobilization Mrs Esther Bob, Mrs Edna Edwin and others, who applauded the celebrator for investing in the lives of people in rural communities.

Six villages make up the ward – Ikot Ekpan, Ntit Oton, Edebom, Ikot Ada okop, Ikot Akpabin and Ikot Ekpene Udo.
