…As the Commencing Date Starts Wednesday 1st May Through Friday 3rd May 2024

A-3 day of free surgical and medical treatment sponsored by a group, Akwa Ibom Democratic Forum (ADF),  for indigenes of Ukanafun and Oruk-Anam local government areas, will begin on the 1st being Wednesday through Friday, the 3rd of May 2024.

Recall that similar free medical outreach at the instance of the group was held in March this year for Abak, Etim-Ekpo, and Ika people, where persons with various health challenges were attended to by a team of medical personnel.

A statement endorsed by the ADF, and made available to newsmen indicates that the 1st to 3rd of May is the turn of Ukanafun and Oruk-Anam. Time is 8:am to 4 pm daily at the Primary Health Center, Ukanafun.

Meanwhile, the organizers have fixed the 24th to the 27th of April as a date for those whose cases require surgery to make themselves available for “assessment for fitness for all surgery cases” and others for picking numbers for general treatments.
