Esit Eket Local Government Council, today Monday 14th April, 2025, held the April edition of monthly Prayer Summit at the Council Secretariat, Uquo .
At the summit, Pastor Jerry Friday of SDEISC Department preached on the topic “Season of Celebration” culled from Mark 11:1-10 and 2nd Peter 3:9 and called on the Staff to always praise God and have faith that God will use their heart of thanksgiving to open new vistas in their lives.
The summit featured praise and worship session , renditions by the Council Choir and cutting of birthday cake for staff born in April.
The Council Vice Chairman, Rt Hon. Eddy Etangkanga, Councillors, Supervisors, Directors, and Heads of Security Agencies and Staff of the council participated in the summit .
